KosMama Privacy Policy

Effective date: 25 September 2026

Sasuke Vita (“we”, “us”) provides the KosMama Android app for boarding-house owners. This policy explains what information the app handles and how you can delete it.

KosMama does not run its own server. We do not sell personal information. We do not show ads. We do not use the app to build an advertising or analytics profile.

If you do not agree with this policy, do not use KosMama.

Who the app is for

KosMama is a tool for the owner of a kos (boarding house) to record houses, rooms, tenants, and rent bills on their own phone. It is not a public listing or a marketplace for renters. It is not directed at children under 13.

Information on your device

After you sign in, KosMama stores a private database on the phone for that Google account. You enter this information yourself:

Your Google account: name and email address from Sign in with Google, used only to open your own database and optional Drive backup.
Boarding houses and rooms: house name, room number, monthly price, and rent period.
Tenants you record: name, phone number, gender, and optional identity number (KTP), birth date, and religion.
Bills: rent period, amount, paid or unpaid status, and an optional payment-proof file you attach.
Your payment details: bank name, account number, and account name, if you type them in Settings so you can copy or share them.
App preferences: language, appearance, due-date tolerance, app lock on/off, and backup settings. These stay on the device.

Sign-in tokens are stored in the device’s secure storage. They are not placed in a KosMama server.

App lock uses the phone’s own fingerprint, face, PIN, or pattern. KosMama does not receive or store your biometric data. Android handles the unlock.

Optional copies you choose

Google Drive backup. If you turn on cloud save or load, KosMama uploads or downloads your database file only into your Google Drive app data folder (hidden app storage for your Google account). We request Drive access only when you use Save or Load. Automatic cloud save does not ask again; if Drive access is missing, it does not upload.
Export, import, and offline backup. If you export, import, or pick a backup folder, the database file goes where you choose (share sheet or a folder on the device). We do not receive that file.
WhatsApp. If a tenant has a phone number and you tap the WhatsApp button, the app opens wa.me with that number. The chat is between you and WhatsApp. KosMama does not send the message.

We do not share tenant records, bills, or payment proofs with any other company.

What we do not collect

We do not collect location.
We do not read your contacts, SMS, or call log.
We do not use cookies or tracking pixels inside the app.
We do not collect crash logs or usage analytics on a KosMama server.

How long data stays

Data stays in the local database until you delete it, replace it by import, or uninstall the app. A Drive backup stays in your Google account until you remove the app’s Drive access or delete that backup. An offline backup file stays in the folder you picked until you delete it.

How to delete data

There is no KosMama account on our servers. To remove data:

On the phone: Settings → Storage → Clean data (confirm). This deletes the local database for the signed-in Google account and starts an empty database.
Sign out: Settings → Logout signs you out of Google in the app. Logout alone does not delete the database file. Use Clean data or uninstall if you want the file gone.
Uninstall KosMama to remove the app and its local files from the phone.
Google Drive: Google Account → Data & privacy → Third-party apps → KosMama → remove access, or delete the app’s Drive data from your Google Account. That removes the cloud backup we cannot see outside your account.
Questions or a deletion request: email kadib001@gmail.com with the subject “KosMama data deletion” and the Google email you used in the app. We will tell you how to remove anything still on the device or in your Google Account. We have no separate copy to delete on a KosMama server.

Security

The database stays on your device. Optional Drive backup uses Google’s storage and is limited to the app-data folder. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure.

Children

KosMama is for boarding-house owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and delete the local data with Clean data or uninstall.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new text will replace this page and the effective date above will change. Continued use of KosMama after the new date means you accept the update.

Sasuke Vita (“kami”) menyediakan aplikasi Android KosMama untuk pemilik kos. Kebijakan ini menjelaskan data yang ditangani aplikasi dan cara menghapusnya.

KosMama tidak memiliki server sendiri. Kami tidak menjual data pribadi, tidak menayangkan iklan, dan tidak membuat profil iklan atau analitik.

Jika Anda tidak setuju, jangan gunakan KosMama.

Untuk siapa

KosMama dipakai pemilik kos untuk mencatat rumah, kamar, penyewa, dan tagihan di ponsel sendiri. Bukan marketplace dan bukan untuk anak di bawah 13 tahun.

Data di perangkat Anda

Setelah masuk, KosMama menyimpan database pribadi di ponsel untuk akun Google itu. Anda yang mengisi:

Akun Google: nama dan email dari Masuk dengan Google, hanya untuk membuka database Anda dan cadangan Drive opsional.
Rumah kos dan kamar: nama rumah, nomor kamar, harga per bulan, dan periode sewa.
Penyewa: nama, nomor telepon, jenis kelamin, serta nomor identitas (KTP), tanggal lahir, dan agama jika Anda mengisi.
Tagihan: periode, jumlah, status lunas atau belum, dan file bukti bayar jika Anda melampirkannya.
Info pembayaran Anda: nama bank, nomor rekening, dan nama rekening, jika diisi di Pengaturan.
Preferensi aplikasi: bahasa, tampilan, toleransi jatuh tempo, kunci aplikasi, dan pengaturan cadangan. Tetap di perangkat.

Token masuk disimpan di penyimpanan aman perangkat, bukan di server KosMama.

Kunci aplikasi memakai sidik jari, wajah, PIN, atau pola ponsel. KosMama tidak menerima atau menyimpan data biometrik. Android yang memproses buka kunci.

Salinan yang Anda pilih

Cadangan Google Drive. Jika Anda menyimpan atau memuat cloud, KosMama mengunggah atau mengunduh hanya file database Anda ke folder app data Google Drive akun Anda. Izin Drive diminta saat Simpan atau Muat. Simpan otomatis tidak meminta izin lagi; jika izin tidak ada, unggahan tidak dilakukan.
Ekspor, impor, dan cadangan offline. File database pergi ke tempat yang Anda pilih. Kami tidak menerima file itu.
WhatsApp. Jika Anda mengetuk tombol WhatsApp, aplikasi membuka wa.me dengan nomor tersebut. Obrolan terjadi di WhatsApp. KosMama tidak mengirim pesannya.

Kami tidak membagikan data penyewa, tagihan, atau bukti bayar ke perusahaan lain.

Yang tidak kami kumpulkan

Lokasi.
Kontak, SMS, atau daftar panggilan.
Cookie atau pelacak di dalam aplikasi.
Log kerusakan atau analitik pemakaian di server KosMama.

Berapa lama data disimpan

Data tetap di database lokal sampai Anda menghapusnya, menggantinya lewat impor, atau menghapus aplikasi. Cadangan Drive tetap di akun Google sampai Anda mencabut akses atau menghapus cadangan itu. File cadangan offline tetap di folder yang Anda pilih sampai Anda menghapusnya.

Cara menghapus data

Tidak ada akun KosMama di server kami.

Di ponsel: Pengaturan → Penyimpanan → Bersihkan data (konfirmasi). Ini menghapus database lokal akun Google yang sedang masuk.
Keluar: Pengaturan → Logout hanya mengeluarkan akun Google dari aplikasi. Logout tidak menghapus file database. Pakai Bersihkan data atau hapus aplikasi jika file harus hilang.
Hapus aplikasi KosMama untuk menghapus aplikasi dan file lokal dari ponsel.
Google Drive: Akun Google → Data & privasi → Aplikasi pihak ketiga → KosMama → cabut akses, atau hapus data Drive aplikasi dari Akun Google.
Permintaan penghapusan: email kadib001@gmail.com dengan subjek “Penghapusan data KosMama” dan email Google yang dipakai di aplikasi. Kami akan menjelaskan cara menghapus data yang masih di perangkat atau Akun Google Anda. Kami tidak menyimpan salinan terpisah di server KosMama.

Keamanan

Database ada di perangkat Anda. Cadangan Drive memakai penyimpanan Google dan terbatas pada folder app data. Tidak ada metode penyimpanan yang sepenuhnya aman.

Anak-anak

KosMama untuk pemilik kos. Kami tidak dengan sengaja mengumpulkan data anak di bawah 13 tahun. Jika Anda yakin seorang anak memakai aplikasi, hubungi kami dan hapus data lewat Bersihkan data atau hapus aplikasi.

Perubahan

Jika kebijakan ini berubah, teks baru menggantikan halaman ini dan tanggal berlaku di atas ikut berubah. Memakai KosMama setelah tanggal baru berarti Anda menerima pembaruan itu.
